This automatic noodle machine adopts biomimetic kneading technology and multi-stage variable-frequency kneading system. Through intelligent water supply module and vacuum dough-making process, it can achieve uniform dough fermentation and precise control of dough toughness. The equipment is equipped with modular mold group and CNC cutting knife device, which enables one-click production of more than ten noodle types such as thin noodles, wide noodles, stewed noodles, and knife-cut noodles. It supports flexible adaptation of various raw materials including flour, mixed grain flour, and vegetable juice. The entire machine adopts food-grade stainless steel structure and is equipped with self-cleaning function and intelligent monitoring system. The output per hour can reach 50 kilograms. Intelligent Bionic Dough Mixing System
This system employs dual-axis vacuum dough mixing technology and a three-stage variable-frequency kneading procedure to precisely replicate the force and rhythm of manual dough kneading. One-button Switchable Multi-molds
Equipped with 12 interchangeable mold components, covering various classic shapes such as round thin surface, wide flat surface, leek leaf surface, and hollow surface. Through the CNC panel, different parameter combinations for different shapes can be preset. The switching process only takes 90 seconds, without the need for manual adjustment of thickness and cutting blades. The molds are precisely cast from special stainless steel and have a hardened surface, making them durable and ensuring smooth and uniform surface production. 
Fully Automatic Cleaning and Maintenance
The system is equipped with a built-in self-cleaning circulation waterway and a face residue collection system. After production, the cleaning process can be initiated with a single click, and the internal residues can be completely cleaned within 10 minutes. The modular design enables the key components to be quickly disassembled, and the use of food-grade anti-adhesion coating prevents the growth of bacteria. The intelligent fault diagnosis system continuously monitors the motor load and bearing temperature, providing early warnings for maintenance needs.
