Automatic Tofu Machine

This tofu machine integrates four core modules: intelligent grinding, precise boiling, automatic coagulation and pressing and shaping. Through the collaboration of a microcomputer control system and temperature sensors, it realizes the full-process automation of soybean production from soaking to finished products. The equipment is made of food-grade stainless steel and adopts the ancient manual pressing principle, with adjustable pressure and time parameters, allowing for flexible production of various soy products such as northern tofu, southern tofu, soft tofu and douhua. It is equipped with a self-cleaning system and intelligent water volume control, ensuring fine and rich texture and stable output. With a daily production capacity of up to 500 kilograms, it is an ideal device for tofu workshops, central kitchens of restaurants and food processing enterprises to achieve standardized and efficient production.

Integrated intelligent processing system
It integrates automatic grinding, centrifugal filtration and micro-pressure cooking modules to achieve fully automated processing from soybean cleaning to cooking. Built-in intelligent sensors monitor the temperature and concentration of the slurry in real time to ensure the full release of protein. The unique three-stage temperature-controlled cooking technology effectively removes the fishy smell of soybeans while retaining their natural aroma, enhancing the purity of the flavor of soy products. 
Flexible production of various types of tofu
Equipped with a programmable pressing system and modular mold components, different types such as northern tofu, southern tofu, soft tofu, and tofu pudding can be switched with one click by adjusting pressure parameters and coagulation time. The automatic quantitative addition system for coagulants supports multiple coagulation methods including gypsum, brine, and glucono delta-lactone, meeting regional taste preferences. 
High-efficiency energy conservation and clean design
The heat energy recovery technology is adopted, and the residual heat from the boiling process is used for the preheating of raw materials, reducing energy consumption by approximately 35% compared to traditional processes. The entire machine is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel and is equipped with an automatic CIP cleaning system. The key contact surfaces are electrolytically polished to a surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.8 μm, ensuring compliance with HACCP food safety standards.
