Raw Material Cleaning Stage: Incoming corn first passes through vibrating screens and destoners to remove sand, impurities, moldy grains and broken kernels, ensuring raw material purity, preventing equipment damage and finished product quality issues, and laying a foundation for subsequent conditioning.
2.Steam Conditioning Stage: Cleaned corn is fed into a steam conditioner, where high-temperature saturated steam is introduced. Precise control of steam pressure, processing time and material moisture allows the corn to fully mature, absorb water and expand, breaking hydrogen bonds between starch molecules to complete gelatinization pretreatment, while altering protein structure to improve digestibility.
