Planetary Cooking Pot

This planetary stir-frying pan adopts a planetary mixing system combining revolution and rotation. Through the collaborative action of multi-directional wall-scraping mixers and intelligent temperature control modules, it ensures uniform heating of the materials during the heating process and eliminates any blind spots in the stir-frying. The pan body is made of thickened 304 stainless steel and features a double-layer steam/gas heating design. Combined with a hydraulic inclined discharge device, it can efficiently complete the stir-frying, boiling, and mixing processes of sauces, fillings, dishes, and food raw materials. The entire machine is equipped with a PLC control panel and multi-stage program setting function. The stirring speed and temperature can be precisely controlled. It is suitable for the standardized and large-scale stir-frying requirements of catering central kitchens, food processing enterprises, and seasoning production, ensuring the high consistency of flavor and texture of each batch of products.

Planetary Homogeneous Mixing System

By adopting the combined motion technology of revolution and rotation, the stirring paddle runs along a planetary trajectory, 360 degrees, closely adhering to the inner wall of the pot, achieving uniform mixing of the materials from top to bottom and left to right without any dead spots. The variable frequency speed control system supports continuous adjustment from 5 to 60 revolutions per minute, which can meet different requirements such as slow stirring to prevent splashing for sauces and rapid stir-frying for ingredients. The mixing uniformity reaches over 98%, effectively avoiding the problems of burnt bottom and clumping.

Intelligent Precise Temperature Control Module

Equipped with multi-point temperature sensors and a PID intelligent temperature control system, the heating temperature can be precisely adjusted within the range of 50℃ - 300℃, with the temperature difference controlled within ±2℃. Multiple heat sources such as steam, gas, and electricity are available for selection. The double-layer heat exchange structure ensures uniform heat transfer. Combined with automatic timing and alarm functions, it guarantees the stable quality of temperature-sensitive fillings, syrups, etc.

Safe and Efficient Discharge Design

The hydraulic inclined discharge device is adopted, with a maximum inclination angle of up to 110°. The discharge is clean and residue-free. The inner wall of the pot is treated with mirror polishing, combined with food-grade high-temperature-resistant sealing rings, ensuring no leakage risk during operation. The anti-scald and heat preservation outer layer and emergency brake button provide dual safety guarantees for the operators, significantly improving production continuity.
