The fresh corn cobs are manually screened to remove those that are too old, too tender, infested with pests, or have changed color.

→ initial washing → sieving→ thread removal → secondary cleaning
→ canning → juice injection → vacuum sealing → secondary sealing
→ put on the shelf and in the pot
→ high-temperature sterilization (128-130℃)
→ cooling and taking out of the pot → initial inspection
→ finished product storage → keep warm for 7 days
→ remove non-conforming products → packaging
→ inspection → finished product storage.
