Crate Washer Introduction

This crate washer is specially designed for cleaning plastic crates, baskets and containers with or without oil contamination. It adopts a sectional washing and air-drying system to ensure thorough cleaning, high efficiency and stable performance. Users can choose a 2-stage or 3-stage washing structure according to different dirt levels, making it widely used in food processing, beverage, logistics and breeding industries.

For general crates without heavy oil, the crate washer features a flexible 2-stage washing + optional air-drying structure.

The first stage uses a high-pressure water pump to strongly rinse dust and loose dirt from the crate surface.

The second stage uses normal-temperature water for further thorough rinsing to remove residual impurities.

The third section is an optional air-drying system with a powerful fan to quickly blow off surface water droplets. This design is simple, efficient and energy-saving, greatly reducing manual labor, achieving fast and clean washing, and fully meeting daily cleaning needs for ordinary crates in factories and workshops.

For crates with heavy oil and stubborn dirt, the machine supports a 3-stage washing + optional air-drying system to ensure deep and thorough cleaning.

The first stage uses hot water with detergent to effectively dissolve and remove oil stains and tough residues.

The second stage uses hot water for secondary rinsing to wash away residual detergent and loosened dirt.

The third stage uses normal-temperature water for final cleaning. An optional air-drying fan can quickly dry the crates. This multi-stage structure completely eliminates oil, dirt and residues, meets strict hygiene standards, and is ideal for food, meat and beverage industries with high cleaning requirements.
