Easy Installation

Utilizing high-density polyurethane (PU) insulation boards with a thermal conductivity as low as 0.022 W/m·K, it boasts excellent insulation performance and minimal cold air loss. Board thickness is available from 50mm to 200mm, allowing for optimal matching to the target temperature and avoiding waste due to over-configuration. Internationally renowned compressors can be selected, offering high energy efficiency and low failure rates. Combined with high-efficiency condensers and evaporators, it provides rapid cooling and timely temperature recovery. The unit consumes little electricity, resulting in significant long-term savings on electricity bills; the cost difference can typically be recovered within 1-2 years through energy savings.

All panels are prefabricated and cut in the factory, including panel dimensions, tongue and groove or cam latches, door frame pre-drilled positions, and pipe openings. No welding or cutting is required on-site; simply assemble the panels according to their numbers, tighten the latches, or apply sealant. Each panel is of moderate weight, allowing 2-3 people to handle and assemble it. A standard 20-square-meter cold storage unit can typically be installed by two workers in 2-3 days. Compared to traditional civil engineering cold storage, the construction period is shortened by more than 70%, and there is no concrete curing time. Power can be supplied and the unit can be put into use on the same day after installation.

Flexible Customization

Stable and Durable

The size, shape, temperature zone division, and door opening method of the cold storage unit can all be customized according to the customer's actual site and storage needs. Single-temperature zone, dual-temperature zone, and multi-temperature zone designs are supported, allowing for simultaneous refrigeration (0~10℃), freezing (-25~0℃), and quick-freezing (below -40℃) within a single cold storage unit. Door types include hinged doors, sliding doors, roller shutters, and air curtain doors. Panel materials include color steel plates, stainless steel plates, and galvanized steel plates, suitable for various scenarios such as food factories, hotel kitchens, supermarkets, and convenience stores.

The inner and outer metal panels are treated for rust and corrosion prevention. The color steel plate is coated with PE or PVDF, and the stainless steel plate is made of 304 or 201 material, which is corrosion-resistant, impact-resistant, and oxidation-resistant. Under normal use conditions, the service life can reach 10-15 years. Heating wires are built into the door frame to automatically heat up and prevent the door frame from freezing, condensing, or becoming blocked. In addition, a remote monitoring module is optional, allowing users to check the cold storage temperature and operating status at any time via their mobile phones.
