Commercial Coffee Roaster
Commercial Coffee Roaster is perfect for sampling and training, boasting a fast 1-2 minute roasting cycle with independent roasting and cooling. It features an imported 310S stainless steel drum and dual-layer stirring blades for uniform roasting, alongside precise SCR heating control and dual probes for accurate air and bean temperature regulation. Safety is prioritized with emergency stop and manual backup, while cyclone dust collection and a custom cooling tray effectively resolve chaff issues. Real-time monitoring and sampling are enabled via horizontal sampler and quartz glass window, with detachable components ensuring easy cleaning and maintenance.
Solid Thickness Drums
The material is 310S food grade stainless steel imported from Japan for homogeneous roasting.Heats up quickly, good insulation effect. More durable than cast iron inner pot, does not absorb odors, double-layer mixing blades for homogeneous roasting.

Custom-Made Stainless Steel Cooling Tray
The horizontal sampler allows for bean sampling at any time for evaluation, while the quartz glass observation window provides a clearer view of the roasting process inside the bean drum.
Custom-made stainless steel cooling tray with laser-cut holes. The back side of the holes is chamfered to prevent clogging. Although the process is complex, it ensures the best results! Equipped with accessories to clean the holes and prevent clogging.
Advanced temperature control
Cyclone Dust Collection Cylinder
Equipped with two precise temperature probes and an intelligent temperature control device.The air and bean temperatures are measured separately by two precise probes in real time, ensuring precise control of the beans within the exact parameters.
The dust collection cylinder is equipped with a cyclone dust collector, effectively addressing the issue of chaff dispersing with the smoke. We are continuously exploring and improving the practical performance of the equipment. 95% coffee husk sedimentation, maintaining that the flue gas pipeline and the external environment are not subjected to secondary pollution.
