This instant noodle production line encompasses eight major process modules: dough mixing, maturation, extrusion, shredding, steaming, frying, cooling, and packaging. Through the coordinated operation of an intelligent temperature control system and digital transmission devices, it enables the entire production process from raw materials to finished products to be fully automated. The production line employs double-screw extrusion and multi-layer composite extrusion technology to ensure that the noodle body forms a uniform and dense mesh structure, with excellent rehydration properties and a firm texture. It is equipped with a precise temperature-controlled frying system and an efficient hot air drying module, effectively controlling the oil content while maintaining the crispness of the noodle. The entire line design complies with food safety production standards, with a maximum daily production capacity of up to 300,000 packages. It supports flexible switching of various noodle shapes and flavor formulas, fully assisting enterprises in achieving efficient, standardized, and large-scale manufacturing of instant noodles.

Surface structure optimization technology
By adopting a twin-screw intelligent extrusion system and a nine-roller progressive calendering process, a uniform and dense surface mesh structure is formed. The unique wave-form forming device enables precise control of the noodle's curvature, reducing the rehydration time by 20% after cooking, and enhancing the noodle's elasticity and firmness. The water content of the surface can be adjusted in real time through infrared monitoring to ensure stable quality. 
Precise oil control and energy-saving system
Equipped with a double-layer vortex deep-frying pan and a dynamic oil filtration device, the oil temperature control accuracy reaches ±2℃, and the oil content can be stably controlled within the range of 18%-22%. The waste heat recovery system uses the heat energy from the deep-frying process to preheat the dough, reducing the overall energy consumption by 25%. Automatic oil replenishment and acid value monitoring functions extend the service life of the frying oil by more than 30%.
